Why is there a wait time for my order?
Every Ancre Lente piece is carefully produced and finished by hand in Bandung,Indonesia. We maintain strict standards of craftsmanship and oversee each step of the process to ensure exceptional quality. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Any extended lead times are clearly indicated on the product page to anticipate potential delays.
If your order includes multiple items — including pieces with longer production times

Why does the sizing vary slightly from the size chart?
