SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping 
Once your piece is completed, we ship all orders via JNT. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page, and shipment updates will be emailed to you automatically. Depending on your location, the courier service may vary to ensure the most efficient delivery. 

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and 3–5 business days for delivery. All garments are packaged manually by our small in-house team, and we take care to preserve their condition. 

Ancre Lente is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. Any claims must be submitted directly to the courier service. 

 

Returns 
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review your purchase carefully and refer to our size guide — or contact us with any questions — before placing an order. We are always happy to assist. 

Exceptions apply only in the case of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a defective product. If this occurs, please contact us at support@ancrelente.com within 3 days of receiving your order. 

To qualify for a resolution, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria. 

Please note that certain items may be made to order. These pieces are clearly marked on the product page and are non-returnable.
